The cold weather of autumn and Halloween candy. At this time of year, all meets quite well for someone addicted to junk food. Not only can you justify food bags of Snickers bars saying it is part of the holiday, but now that summer is over you can hide the extra weight under a sweatshirt! Sounds like a good plan for anyone that is struggling to keep a healthy weight loss program!

It's interesting that Americans have gotten every single holiday in a junk food festival. Everything revolves around some kind of food, and it gets worse every year. We all know that Halloween is all about the candy, but the height is the fact that cold weather leaves us wanting hot cider donuts, coffee, chocolate and other fatty foods that normally do not eat regularly.

If you are in a weight loss program healthy, should not have to avoid all the fun things that other people are eating to celebrate this fun time of year. Listed below are 5 tricks to stay on track with their efforts to lose weight without feeling they are losing the things you like about fall. You say I do not think that you can lose weight and eat candy? Then read on. You are in for a treat!

Halloween Trick To Lose Weight # 1: Green Tea
Most people do not know, but drinking a cup of green tea every morning increase your metabolism so you can literally cheat on your diet and get away with it. Is it all kinds of flavors, and you can even make it taste like hot cider with cinnamon if desired. I have had an ideal weight after losing 70 pounds 15 years ago, and one thing I do that most people are not drinking green tea.

Green tea has many vitamins and antioxidants you will feel the rush of natural energy, which is another benefit to help you achieve a healthy weight loss. How do you feel after one of the faces, fat lattes at Starbucks? I do not know about you, but after drinking approximately half of it, it feels like I'm drinking liquid candy bar, which is never good for anyone trying to lose weight. Save your money and an intelligent switch to green tea.

Halloween Trick To Lose Weight # 2: Moderation
So he decided to switch to green tea, either by you! Does that mean you can never enjoy a latte or hot cider fatty again? Absolutely not! The biggest mistake people being committed against the loss healthy weight is that they think they have to always be on a diet of salads soft. When you are making healthy choices on a daily basis to stay within your plan healthy weight loss, can fall off the wagon occasionally, or even notice a difference.

I like to go to Vermont in the fall. The leaves turn spectacular. One year I was staying at a bed and breakfast and the hosts offers each guest a breakfast of homemade pumpkin pancakes with Vermont maple syrup. One woman refused because I was on a diet. Sorry, but this is a life worth living and enjoying. Allow yourself to splurge on occasion. It's not every day give you something. If you are eating healthy and staying active on a daily basis, a plate of pancakes will not hurt.

Halloween Trick To Lose Weight # 3: Exercise
No, I'm talking about join a gym. I'm talking about going out and live this special time of year. Do not hire the children down the street to sweep the leaves for you. Get out there and do it yourself. Go to stroll through the wooded park with his friends and pets. Autumn is famous for outdoor walking and public markets and store tours haunted.

Any extra exercise outside tape will accelerate weight loss and allow you to splurge more often. Since you are drinking more tea green, you'll have more energy to do these things. Just remember not to eat a dozen cider donuts every time you stop and walk through a festival autumn. One or two every other day will not hurt, as long as you are not eating candy apples on your days off Donuts!

Keep these Halloween three tricks in mind and you will not have to sit around and watch everyone enjoy the culinary delights of the Halloween season. It is easy to justify that the box of donuts by thinking you have all winter to get fit, but what happens after Halloween? Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. This shirt will not solve the problems come summer time next year. Trust me, this is not a gift you want to enjoy in
