How to celebrate Valentine's Day?
To me, Valentine's Day is a celebration of chocolate. I know they are supposed to is the day lovers 'holiday', but more often than not, I'm single. So for me, is a day to test elaborate chocolate recipes. The Last year I did a basket of chocolate and filled with homemade truffles. Mmmm. This year I'm going to try to make my own chocolate. Next year I'm going to throw a potluck chocolate, each brings results are favorite chocolate dish, sweet or salty. What will you do for Valentine's Day?
I buy my gf some gifts (V-Day is like a theft of money) and then usually get drunk and watch movies with laughter …. oh the life we live lol

Valentine’s Day Cooking Show: Sweets for your Sweetie!
We all know that the way to a woman's heart is through chocolate. And chocolate is that you yourself is sure to win your heart this Day of San Valentine. These three baking chocolate recipes are simple to make it take no time at all. She loves the fact that you took the time to do something yourself. It always means more to get something you've done for her that something you bought.
Creams chocolate
1 package (8 squares) squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 / 2 cup butter
Sugar 1 3 / 4 cup sifted confectioners'
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate squares with butter over low heat. Take it off the heat and add the icing sugar, cream and vanilla.
